The bridge erecting machine is a special construction machinery that hoists prefabricated reinforced concrete (or prestressed concrete) beam slabs and places them on bridge bearings (piers). It is mainly composed of the main structure, the trolley system, the hole-passing system and the power system, etc., and can be divided into types such as single-girder bridge-erecting cranes, double-cantilever bridge-erecting machines, and double-girder bridge-erecting machines.

The working principle of the bridge-erecting machine is to lift the beam slab through the trolley system, then move along the main structure to the designated position, and then accurately place the beam slab on the pier through the hole-passing system.
