XCMG official 14ton single dump vibratory road roller compactor XS143J adopts Shangchai H series, water-cooled, four-cylinder four-stroke, direct-injection turbocharged, air-to-air cooling low-speed diesel engine, with large power reserve, energy saving and noise reduction.
The engine manufacturer specifically provides the transfer case to directly drive the hydraulic pump, which changes the previous structure of connecting the vibration and steering double pump through the transmission gear box at the rear of the engine, saving mechanical transmission parts and reducing the possibility of failure of the transmission chain. Engine emissions meet China's Phase II standards.
Features:
1. Hart gearbox with shift synchronizer is adopted, which is easy to operate;
2. Optimized vibrating wheel structure and vibration parameters, the compaction surface is flatter, and the compaction efficiency is higher;
3. The fully hydraulic articulated steering system makes the steering light and flexible. The cross articulation ensures sufficient steering angle and swing angle;
4. Dual-frequency and double-amplitude to meet the requirements of different working conditions; the hydraulic vibration system is composed of a gear pump and a motor to form an open system; the control form adopts electronic control. Ensure the requirements of vibration parameters and the reliability of the vibration system.
5. The main clutch adopts a heavy-duty special clutch, which is a dry type, often combined with a single-plate friction type, with reliable performance and good maintainability. The clutch is directly installed on the flywheel of the engine, and the operating mechanism of the main clutch is a pneumatic assist mechanism, which greatly reduces the operating force.
