GCK series motor control center is mainly composed of combination motor control units and other functional units. These units are installed in a closed metal cabinet in an overlapping manner. The cabinets are interconnected by horizontal busbars installed above the cabinets, while the functional units within the same cabinet are connected in parallel by vertical busbars. The cabinets are divided into four isolated areas: horizontal busbar area, vertical busbar area, cable area, and equipment installation area, The functional units are installed in their respective compartments. When any functional unit encounters a fault, it does not affect other units, preventing the fault from spreading.

This product complies with the JB/T9661-1999 standard. It adopts the IP40 protection level specified in IEc114, which ensures personal safety when all doors and protective panels are closed, or when the doors are open and the functional units are removed from their positions, The product is equipped with a reliable grounding system and protective circuits, and all functional units can meet the specified performance requirements and interrupt short-circuit currents. The incoming units have three-stage protection characteristics. Therefore, the reliability of power supply and the safety of equipment and systems can be guaranteed. All functional units can be connected to PC line boards (programmable controllers) or microprocessors through interface components, serving as execution units of automatic control systems. Additional functional units and combinations can be provided according to user needs. This product is suitable for circuits with AC 380V and a frequency of 50Hz.
