XCMG schwing brand V7 Flywheel Lightweight 8*4 concrete mixer truck machine 8 10 12 cbm with Xuqi chassis.

The concrete mixer truck machine is mainly divided into two parts: the upper part and the chassis. The National VI mixer models currently sold by XCMG are all new generation V7 series lightweight concrete trucks, and the upper parts are completed by XCMG itself. For the chassis, there are three options: Xuqi, Shaanxi Automobile and Sinotruk.

Xuqi Chassis
There are five types of XCMG National VI mixers with Xuqi chassis. The models are G4120V Xuqi, G4115V Xuqi, G4802D Xuqi, G4804D Xuqi and G4805E Xuqi. The chassis models of these five models are XGA33106NEX, belonging to XCMG. The Hanfeng G5 platform under the heavy-duty truck is also an 8×4 model.

Power take-off method of mixer truck
XCMG National VI mixer trucks all use flywheel power, that is, power is taken from the flywheel at the rear end of the engine. The power take-off is installed on the clutch housing and the rotation direction of the mixing drum is different under different working conditions. During the feeding and transportation process, it rotates forward, and the discharge rotates in the reverse direction.

At the end of the work, the power connection with the engine is cut off. The advantage of this power take-off method is that it is not controlled by the main clutch, but because the structure of the end of the crankshaft is changed, it will have some influence on the body balance.

Vehicle weight
The curb quality coverage of XCMG's National VI mixer trucks ranges from 13.4 tons to 14.7 tons. The maximum allowable mass of mixer trucks equipped with Xuqi chassis is 14 tons.

Fuel consumption performance
The fuel consumption data recorded by the XCMG Guoli V7 series mixer truck is 0.4 L/m3, which is far ahead of the industry's average fuel consumption level of 0.6~0.7 L/m3.
