This crane is designed for wind power installation conditions and is suitable for lifting 8-10MW and even 12.5MW wind turbines. It can achieve a maximum height of 190 meters for wind turbine installation.
XCA4000 is a wheeled crane with an 11 bridge design, designed for lifting large wind power equipment, aiming to cope with working conditions such as installation of ultra-high and overweight wind turbines and transfer of heavy equipment.
The chassis adopts a design of 11 axles and 22 tires. This design combines a large tonnage heavy-duty bridge and its transmission system, enabling it to achieve heavy-duty transfer of over 400 tons of weight while ensuring transfer stability.
The boom structure adopts a design of multiple angular combinations, which enhances stiffness by increasing the number of stress points. High performance flexible arm technology has been applied to improve the strength of the arm through the method of 'pulling up and supporting down', in order to meet the installation requirements of ultra-high power wind turbines.
