The bridge erecting machine is divided into several types such as the highway bridge erecting machine, the conventional railway bridge erecting machine, the high-speed rail passenger dedicated bridge erecting machine, and the steel box girder bridge erecting machine. The classification of the bridge erecting machine includes single-girder bridge erecting machine, double cantilever bridge erecting machine, double-girder bridge erecting machine, self-balancing bridge erecting machine, transportation and erection integrated bridge erecting machine, and segmental assembly bridge erecting machine.
Simple support erection: Retractable flexible front legs and rigid O-shaped rear legs support the main beam at two points, forming a beam frame state of one span simple support state, with clear force.
Simply supported vias: The crane trolley, auxiliary crane and auxiliary outriggers cooperate with each other to make the vias of the bridge erection machine a span simply supported state, and the whole machine has greater longitudinal stability and high performance.
The beam body is hoisted with good stability: the two hoisting beam trolleys cooperate with each other to carry the beam three-dimensional movement, which can meet the requirements of the beam body erection. The hoisting beam body adopts four-point lifting and three-point balance, and the beam body is in good stress condition.
The height of the whole machine is low: the rear of the winch is separated from the crane trolley, which reduces the height of the whole machine and has a strong ability to pass the high-altitude limit.
